- Professor: Starting Basic Pay ₹1,59,100/- (Level 14A, Cell-1) with a minimum of 10 years of teaching/research/industrial experience.
- Associate Professor: Starting Basic Pay ₹1,39,600/- (Level 13A2, Cell-1) with a minimum of 6 years of teaching/research/professional experience.
